Spicy Queso Dip

This spicy queso recipe is sure to leave you wanting more, more milk! Made even better when eaten with our Azteca DIY chips!

Ingredients

2 cups cheddar jack cheese, shredded

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 jalapeño, chopped

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion, 2/3 of the tomato and jalapeno, and saute for 5-6 minutes or until softened.
  3. Turn heat to low and add cheese and cilantro.
  4. Cook until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add remaining tomato to the top of the queso as a garnish and serve alongside AZTECA DIY CHIPS!
