Azteca Tortillas

Cooking spray (or oil)

Salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges.
  3. Place wedges, in a single layer, on baking sheets.
  4. Spray wedges with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 5-7 minutes or until wedges are light brown and crisp.
  6. Remove chips to a wire rack to cool.
  7. Place chips on serving plate. Serve immediately.
