This strawberries and cream bites recipe is such a sweet treat and uses our tortillas in a surprisingly sweet and interesting way!

Ingredients

1 pack of Azteca® Soft & Tender tortillas

1 cup fresh strawberries (blackberries or blueberries also work well)

1 can of whipped cream (or freshly whipped)

Garnish of choice – powdered sugar, cinnamon, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles

Cookie cutter(s)

Directions

  1. Quarter strawberries
  2. Use cookie cutter of your choice to create bite-sized tortilla shapes
  3. Top each tortilla bite with a dollop of fresh whipped cream
  4. Place 1-2 berry quarters on each bite
  5. Garnish with powdered sugar or cinnamon and serve
