This tasty treat uses our flour tortillas for non-traditional purposes which we at Azteca love to see and make happen! Tortillas are so much more versatile than people expect.
Ingredients
1 pack of Azteca® Soft & Tender tortillas
1 cup fresh strawberries (blackberries or blueberries also work well)
1 can of whipped cream (or freshly whipped)
Garnish of choice – powdered sugar, cinnamon, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles
Cookie cutter(s)
Directions
- Quarter strawberries
- Use cookie cutter of your choice to create bite-sized tortilla shapes
- Top each tortilla bite with a dollop of fresh whipped cream
- Place 1-2 berry quarters on each bite
- Garnish with powdered sugar or cinnamon and serve
