Salsa Tuna Salad Wraps

It's tuna salad with an added twist - salsa and corn all wrapped in a soft, warm flour tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Azteca® Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mild thick & chunky salsa
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans (6 ounces) chunk light tuna, drained & flaked
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • Shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside while preparing filling.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, salsa & pepper.
  3. Stir in tuna & corn.
  4. Refrigerate if not serving right away.
  5. To serve, heat tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Divide filling between tortillas.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce.
  8. Fold or roll tortillas to enclose filling.
