Ingredients

2 Azteca Super Size Tortillas

1 log of 8oz goat cheese

Salami

Red: strawberries, watermelon, cherries, red apple, raspberries, salami

White: tortillas, crumbled Toscano cheese

Blue: Blackberries, blueberries, beet chips, blue gummy candy, blueberry yogurt pretzels

Step 1: Spread goat cheese evenly over one Azteca Super Size tortilla.

Step 2: Place salami on top of the goat cheese.

Step 3: Roll the tortilla and cut into rounds.

Step 4: Add your charcuterie pinwheels to the board—along with your favorite red, white, and blue foods grouped together. Enjoy!
