This tasty queso recipe is even better in Azteca's Crispy & Flaky Taco Salad Shell! We think its a bit more fun too!

Ingredients

1 Azteca Crispy & Flaky Taco Salad Shell

1 jar of Queso

1 cup shredded cheese

3-4 jalapenos

1 tomato

1 onion, diced

Favorite Pairings

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion, 2/3 of the tomato and jalapeno, and saute for 5-6 minutes or until softened.
  3. Turn heat to low and add cheese and cilantro.
  4. Cook until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add remaining tomato to the top of the queso as a garnish and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
