Pizza on the GrillPRINT RECIPE
- 1 package Azteca Tortillas (find them in the refrigerated section)
- 1 14 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 8 oz bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil or cooking spray (for brushing tortilla)
- Toppings of your choice
Preheat grill to high heat or preheat oven to 425° F.
Brush one side of each Azteca tortilla with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
Spread marinara over tortilla.
Top with mozzarella cheese and other toppings.
Slide the tortilla carefully onto the grill with a spatula, and lower the heat to medium.
Let grill until cheese melts, about 5-8 minutes.
