Party prepping isn't complete without party pinwheels! These delicious pinwheels are the perfect appetizer for a big party or get together.
Ingredients
4 Azteca Flour Tortillas
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 package deli ham or smoked salmon (optional)
Chives, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Additional toppings of your choice
Directions
- Let cream cheese soften for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the tortilla.
- Top with slices of protein and veggies of your choice.
- Roll up tortilla tightly.
- Cut off edges, then cut the remaining rolled tortilla into 1 inch thick slices.
