PARMESAN GROUND BEEF TACOS

ingredients
- 1 package Azteca® flour tortillas
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
TOPPINGS:
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup pico de gallo
Directions
Heat oil in heavy skillet, add ground beef and cumin. Cook at medium heat, breaking meat into pieces; add onion, garlic and salt. Continue cooking until evenly browned. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese.
Heat tortillas per package directions. Assemble tacos by placing desired amount of meat in center of each tortilla, fold taco style; add toppings.
