Fruity french toast tortilla wraps


4 Azteca® Flour Tortillas

Nonstick cooking spray

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup pie filling or sliced fresh fruit

Powdered sugar


  1. In a shallow pie plate mix together eggs, milk & vanilla.
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot.
  4. Place tortilla in egg mixture, gently turning to coat both sides.
  5. Place in hot skillet & cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from pan onto the plate.
  7. Fill with fruit & roll up.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  9. Makes 4 wraps.
