Fruity French Toast Tortilla Wraps
A breakfast classic with a Mexican twist. Fresh fruit all wrapped up in a French toast tortilla wraps.PRINT RECIPE
- 4 Azteca® Flour Tortillas
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pie filling or sliced fresh fruit
- Powdered sugar
In a shallow pie plate mix together eggs, milk & vanilla. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Place tortilla in egg mixture, gently turning to coat both sides. Place in hot skillet & cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan onto the plate. Fill with fruit & roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 4 wraps.
