Fish Tacos

There's a lot of ways to make fish tacos out there, but not many better than this recipe! There are none better when you make them with Azteca Tortillas!

Ingredients

1 package Azteca Ultragrain Taco Size Tortillas

1 cup sliced red onion

4 seasoned tilapia fillets

shredded lettuce

1 1/2 cups salsa

sour cream, if desired

Directions

  1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside. Prepare tilapia according to package directions.
  2. Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warmed tortillas covered.
  3. With a fork, break fish into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place in center of tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream, if desired. Fold tortilla over filling; serve immediately or cover to keep warm.
