Cheesy Tortilla Cones

Azteca's cheesy tortilla cones recipe is simple but remember to roll your cones properly! It's easy to fill our tortilla cones when properly built!

Cheesy tortilla cones

Ingredients

1 Package Azteca Tortillas (in the refrigerated section)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

1 packet taco seasoning

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tomato, sliced

1 bunch lettuce

Your favorite salsa

Toppings of your choice

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil, let heat, and add chicken.
  3. Cook for 7-8 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.
  4. Add taco seasoning and cook according to packet directions.
  5. While chicken is cooking, sprinkle cheese over tortillas and microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is fully melted.
  6. Remove from microwave and roll tortillas into a cone shape. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  7. When tortilla cones are set, add chicken, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and your favorite toppings.
