Cheese & italian sausage wraps


1 pkg. Azteca® Flour Tortillas

1 lb. bulk Italian sausage

1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles

3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large nonstick skillet cook sausage, breaking up large pieces, until crumbly and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain sausage well on paper towels.
  4. Place cooked sausage in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
  5. Stir in green chiles.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake 18-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling around edges.
  8. Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warmed tortillas covered until ready to use.
  9. To serve, fill warmed tortillas with sausage and cheese mixture.
  10. Serve immediately.
