Ingredients
4-6 Azteca® Flour Tortillas *
2 cups shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup diced, cooked ham
1/4 cup sliced green onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place shredded cheese, ham & green onions onto one half of each of tortilla.
- Fold tortillas in half over filling.
- Place folded tortillas on lightly greased baking sheet(s).
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
- *Makes approximately 6 quesadillas if using Azteca® Small Flour Tortillas & 4 quesadillas if using Azteca® Super Size or Burrito Tortilla.
