Spinach Roll Ups

- 6 Ultragrain Tortillas
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- ¼ cup shredded carrots

In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, and softened sour cream. Add green onion, ranch mix and spinach. Spread the mixture onto each tortilla and roll up. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or over night. Slice each roll diagonally into 1-inch servings. Makes approximately 36 pieces.
