Vegetable beef wraps

Vegetable beef wraps

Ingredients

4-6 Azteca® Flour Tortillas

1 cup rice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips

1 package (1 pound 5 ounce) frozen stir-fry vegetables with sauce packet

Directions

  1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator.
  2. Let stand at room temperature until soft & flexible, about 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet until hot.
  5. Add beef, cook 2 to 3 minutes until no longer pink.
  6. Add stir-fry vegetable mix with sauce; heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Fold in rice. To serve, spoon rice mixture onto each tortilla.
  8. Wrap up and serve immediately.
  9. Makes 4-6 wraps.
