Double Cheese Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:

8 Azteca® Flour Tortillas
2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
pizza sauce

• Preheat oven to 400° F.
• Place 4 tortillas on ungreased baking sheet(s).
• Sprinkle about 1/4 cup cheese on each tortilla.
• Place another tortilla on top of cheese.
• Press down on top tortilla.
• Bake for 6-8 minutes.
• Remove baking sheet(s) from oven.
• Flip tortillas over.
• Let cool 5 minutes.
• Spread top tortillas with pizza sauce & sprinkle with remaining cheese.
• Return baking sheet(s) to oven.
• Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown.
• To serve, cut into wedges.

Makes 4 pizzas.
