Cheddar & Chicken Melts

Ingredients:

6 Azteca® Flour Tortillas *
nonstick cooking spray
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded, cooked chicken

• Heat tortillas as directed on the package.
• Keep tortillas covered until ready to use.
• Heat a large nonstick skillet which has been lightly spray with cooking spray.
• Place one (or two) tortillas in skillet.
• Top with 1/4th of the shredded cheese and chicken.
• Top with another tortilla. Cook until bottom tortilla is light golden brown.
• Carefully flip tortilla over and cook until bottom is also light golden brown.
• Repeat for remaining tortillas.

Makes 6 melts.
