Sausage & Salsa Quesadillas
A sensational variety of the classic tortilla quesadilla. Seasoned pork sausage and cheese baked in our flavorful flour tortillas.PRINT RECIPE
- 5 Azteca® Flour Tortillas
- vegetable oil
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese and/or Monterey Jack
- 1/4 pound pork sausage, cooked & drained
- 1/2 cup prepared salsa
Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside. Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil. Divide both cheese and cooked sausage into 5ths and place on top half of each tortilla. Top with salsa. Fold tortillas in half over filling. Place on baking sheets. Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges of tortillas are light golden brown and cheese is melted. To serve, cut tortillas into wedges.
