Directions

Spread the pizza sauce on the tortillas until it reaches the edges.

Layer the mozzarella cheese down the center of the tortilla.

Add a layer of pepperoni.

Top with basil and baby spinach leaves.

Roll up tightly.

Bake them for 8 min at 300°F in the oven or heat them in a hot pan for 5 min.

Note: This recipe makes 24-30 pinwheels depending on how large you slice them. We recommend about a 1?? thickness.

Option: Repeat the process with gouda cheese and honey smoked turkey to have two different flavors!
