Just Peachy SalsaPRINT RECIPE
- 2 cups peach, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and toss well to combine.
Serve immediately or keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy with Azteca DIY Chips!
