Grilled Turkey Salad Bowls

ingredients

  • 1 package Azteca Bake and Fill Crispy Salad Shells
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 5 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, (shredded, cubed or diced)
  • ¾ cup pecan pieces
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes, cut in
  • 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Bake Salad Shells according to Salad Shell directions. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, salt and pepper. Combine turkey, pecans, grapes and celery and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to fill shells. To serve, place shredded lettuce into Salad Shell. Top with Turkey Salad. Serve immediately. Makes 4 salads. To serve, place shredded lettuce down center of tortilla. Top with salad. Fold tortilla to enclose filling. Makes 6-8 wraps.
