"Mexican Pizza"

INGREDIENTS
1 package Azteca Salad Shells
1 small can refried beans
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup taco sauce 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes Sour cream, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

• Bake shells flat on large ungreased baking sheets for 4 minutes; cool.
• Reset oven to 375 degrees F.
• Spread 2 shells with refried beans.
• Top beans with 1/4 cup cheese.
• Place another baked shell on top of the cheese.
• Spread with refried beans and the remaining cheese.
• Place "pizzas" on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 7-9 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
• Remove from oven. Top with taco sauce, lettuce and tomatoes.
• To serve, cut each pizza into 4 wedges. Top with sour cream, if desired.
  
  Makes 8 large pieces
