"Cinnamon & Sugar Snacks"

INGREDIENTS:
1 package Azteca® Flour Tortillas
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
non-stick cooking spray

  • Preheat oven to 375degrees F.
  • In small bowl or plastic bag, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges.
  • Place wedges, in a single layer, on baking sheets.
  • Spray wedges with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle wedges with sugar & cinnamon mixture.
  • Bake 5-7 minutes or until wedges are light golden brown and crisp.
  • Remove chips to a wire rack or plate to cool.

Store cooled wedges in a covered container or plastic bag.
