"Marinated
Steak Burritos"
INGREDIENTS
1 package Buena Vida Fat Free Tortillas
1 cup bottled fat free Italian dressing
1 1/2 pounds lean, boneless round steak vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Remove tortillas from
refrigerator; set aside.
- Place round steak in
a baking dish just large enought to hold it; pierce well with a fork.
- Pour dressing on top
of steak; turn to coat well.
- Cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning once.
- Remove steak from pan;
discard marinade.
- In a large non-stick
skillet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray, cook steak on each
side for 6-7minutes.
- Remove from pan and slice
thinly, on the diagonal; cover to keep warm.
- Heat tortillas according
to package directions.
- Divide sliced steak between
tortillas. Top with green onions and shredded cheese; fold into burritos.
Makes 10 burritos.
