"Salsa Chicken Salad"

INGREDIENTS

6 Azteca® Flour Tortillas
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mild thick & chunky salsa
3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken (or turkey)
shredded lettuce

Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside while preparing filling.
In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and salsa.
Stir in chicken.
Refrigerate if not serving right away.
Divide filling between tortillas.
Top with shredded lettuce.
Fold or roll tortillas to enclose filling.

Makes 6 servings
