"Quesadillas"
INGREDIENTS
4 Azteca® Soft & Tender Tortillas
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep covered until ready to use.
On each tortilla place 1 slice Cheddar cheese.
Fold bottom half of each tortilla over filling to close.
In non-stick griddle or skillet melt margarine.
Cook each tortilla 2-3 minutes per side, turning once until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown and crisp.
Remove from pan and cut each tortilla into two pieces.
Serve immediately.

Makes 8 quesadillas.
