"Pizza Foldovers"

INGREDIENTS
4 Azteca Flour Tortillas
1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce
1/2 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

• Heat tortillas according to package directions.
• Keep covered until ready to use.
• Mix together pizza sauce and browned ground beef.
• Spread half of each tortilla with the sauce and beef mixture.
• Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
• Fold tortilla in half.
• Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
• Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  
  Makes 4 foldovers.
