"CHEESY TUNA TACOS"

INGREDIENTS
2 (61/2-oz.) cans tuna, drained, flaked
1/3 Cup sliced ripe olives, drained
4-oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 oz. (1cup) shredded Monterey jack cheese
4.2-oz. pkg. Azteca Corn Taco Shells
Shredded lettuce
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomato
1/3 Cup sliced green onions
Azteca Mild or Medium Picante Salsa, if desired

Heat oven to 400"F.
In large bowl, combine tuna, green chiles, cheeses, green onions, olives and pepper; mix well.
Fill each unheated taco shell with generous 1/3 cup tuna mixture.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400'F. for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce, tomato and salsa.
Serve immediately.
